Before LearnGrowBecome asked for digital marketing advice, I used to give solutions to specific questions with determined requirements from either the schools or companies. In the Digital Industry Project held by The University of Sydney and LearnGrowBecome (a start-up company), I was required to provide digital marketing advice without a specific area of concern, which developed my skill of becoming a problem solver. The client claimed that its digital presence was limited and therefore needed marketing advice based on social media trends.

 

After going through its digital platform accounts and comparing it with other similar organizations, we found out the problem was its posts were irrelevant to its target customers. So the problem has been defined as the marketing advice for its target customers via digital platforms. By using a combination of marketing analysis metrics and tools, the research of its target customers' social media trends and analysis of the client's specific characteristics, a precise digital marketing solution came up for improving its digital media performance.
